There was plenty of discussion around what it would mean, what it would entail, the territory, the financing and the difficulties that might face any team managing the marina. Several people are investigating those points and as one might expect much is not readily available for immediate consumption however, they shared what they had gathered. Furthermore the Council has yet to produce the document that defines what is required in the form of an invitation to bid. The crucial point there is that that information has to be made available by the Council in a suitable form for not only a community project (such as ours might be) but also for commercial companies who might be interested in taking on Port Edgar.

Brian Smellie and I are helping and have been very involved already and are making clear the views of BHA members when considering what is to be done (and charged).

The main concerns are what is entailed and how is it to be financed. As that information is not yet clear it is uncertain how this is to be completed and the shape of the management. I am sorry I cannot be more precise at this stage but as soon as we can I/we will let you know more.

How is this for an invitation though? We are planning a meeting in October, probably 7pm on the 10th, in the Yacht Club to hear about progress on the Bridge Construction project and a second presentation on the Marina Management project. Hopefully that will help update you on where we are and what is going on.

Fair winds

Frank Pullen

Chairman's Blog - 13 June 2011

Following the Committee Meeting of last week I met Adam and here are the notes from that meeting:

Membership Renewal. Adam has promised to insert the BHA renewal onto next year's form and has already drafted the amendment.

Weather Station. Graeme Scott and myself met Adam last week and the project will go ahead and a feasibility report has been drawn up. Graeme will be meeting FPA to ensure that our plans will not interfere with the Radar etc., that they need for their operations.

Pontoon maintenance. Boards are being replaced as and when discovered broken. After less than 100 hrs. since the engine refurbishment the Port engine has blown a head gasket!

Notice board. The BHA new notice board will be mounted on the Loop shed wall with a backing board, if necessary, imminently.

Stud Bolts. These have been ground down.

Boat Jumble. A third boat jumble is to be held on Sunday 26 February 2012.

Marine Diesel prices. This subject has been checked and we are being sold diesel at the correct rate and taxation levels.

Gangway. Welding netting on the gangway landings is now on the marina task sheet.

Licences and security numbers: Several members had not received licences nor the revised gate codes. This will be investigated.

The Eastern toilet block. EL/Council maintenance team will be progressed. In the meantime a new sign will be placed on the doors.

Jim Reid's note was discussed and the following is the outcome:

Pressure washing of pontoons. Walkways will be done but fingers will not as the spray dirties boat topsides.

Crane. The crane will not now be purchased.

Tyre Barrier. The problem is well known however, it is not expected to be worked on in the current climate.

Dredging. See above.

Safety when craning. Masts are to be fully prepared for stepping or otherwise; staff may request that the owner takes the fore stay when dismasting to prevent damage. The staff will do all work necessary under suspended loads.

Maintenance of pontoons. See above.

Security. Leaving gates open will be investigated.

Eastern Car Park Surface. The car park surface has been levelled but is unlikely to be resurfaced. However, to the west of the dinghy park an area will be “grass creted” to provide parking spaces where there is currently grass.

Western Toilet Block. See above.

Toilet and changing room privacy . Separate changing areas and supervision of young marina users was discussed and will be taken up by the School and marina management.

Rates booklet. The booklet was published later than expected but is freely available now.

Frank Pullen

Chairman's Blog - 8 June 2011

At the committee meeting on Monday 6th June we put together a decision on the stance that we think the BHA should take following the departure of Edinburgh Leisure in 2014. In essence we would like to see the continuance of the marina and so we favour a joint effort with whomsoever will get together with us to offer a “community” effort to generate new management . We are sure that you will agree with that decision. Should you have any comment upon that please email us.

The following day several BHA members were at the PEYC meeting. Following an introduction by Terry Kirchin, Commodore PEYC, presentations were made by four speakers: Keith Giblett, Chair of S.Queensferry Community Council; Martin Latimer who managed the startup of marinas; me talking about Blyth and the Royal Nurthumberland Yacht Club's efforts; and finally Norman Hill, Client Manager of First Ports.

These gave some ideas of the potential of the marina, which we all endorse, and the availability of funds and the ways that can be used to startup the management of the marina.

Initially PEYC are to put together a project team. It is to be composed of a number of volunteers of whom two will be Brian Smellie and me. As things progress we will keep you apprised. In addition I will pass on the formal notes that will interest you.

What is clear is that the effort will be very much a joint one and communication will be important. I will be more frequent with Blogs on this in addition to normal BHA matters.

Chairman's Blog - May 2011

PONTOONS

You may have heard or seen Jim Watson's problems with the separation of the flotation block from his pontoon in the nasty weather of the last week. The result of that discussion with Adam, and Sec in attendance, is as follows:

1. Notice Board. If we buy a suitable board the marina will contribute £100.

2. Toilets at Eastern end of the site: The roof leaks and water flows through the electrics. Water and power switched off and EL Maintenance are costing roof repair. They will be hastened for early conclusion.

3. Pontoon Maintenance. £10,000 of boards are used each year. Currently a new fibreglass mesh is being considered by the Marina to cover the main walkway (but are not committed to it yet).

4. Drying out berth. A shopping list is being costed and will be added to staff task list. Pointed out that it should be finished to coincide with craning-in to enable anti-fouling of stand pad marks. Marina advise that this cannot happen until post April since their budget will not allow.

5. Stud bolts and child wires are being tasked this week. We reminded Adam that this is to be completed before season starts.

We discussed the silting that appears to be inevitable from bridge construction. When the contractor is appointed in April 2011 EL will pursue the contractor to clear up what sediment they disturb and are also to look at providing extensions to breakwaters following hydrographic study.

Chris Tonks (City of Edinbugh Council) is carrying out a condition survey in preparation for site leasing developments.

The Sailing School is to be separated as a standalone cost centre to enable effective analysis of income and expenditure. In addition a separate sailing school for windsurfing and kayak-ing is to be set up at Portobello, under the aegis of PE sailing school.

Bosun's Locker is to hire Shed 3 to enable expansion of their business.

Mast de-stepping is to be charged at £60, £80, £100 dependent upon size. There will be no constraint so if it takes more than 20 minutes there will be no additional charge. We were assured that prices are competitive with those charged on the West Coast. Crane-age charges are not yet calculated but charges for the new crane, now due in June, will be adjusted to align with experience and the reduced staff requirement. (The pier-head crane is currently unserviceable but is being repaired in time for craning in bookings.)

Chairman's Blog: 27 January 2011

Hope everyone had a good season of merriment after which comes a time of lists of tasks and purchases to get our boats ready for the next season on the water. I have caught up with the Marina Management with the following brief on progress so far:

1. Diesel: Following the EU directive on new diesel with biofuel there may have to be some changes. The Marina is investigating supplies with a view to making a definitive statement of the fuel they will sell. It would pay all boat owners to check on what fuel they use and the directive to ensure that damage doesn't follow engine use. It is always a sensible precaution to use a biocide in diesel tanks over winter anyway. More news to follow.

2. Membership renewal: There is insufficent space on the application form for our membership prompt. A letter will be sent with invoices (as last year).

3. Weather station: Progress has slowed and PEYC has been prompted. We and the marina are still willing to fund the project this year (2011).

4. Drying out Berth: No movement on this front yet but we have urged that this be done before boats are launched for next season so that painting of pad marks can take place.

5. Pontoons: The new pontoons are installed. Water and electricity are being connected up. Water pipes are being repaired following the freeze(s).

6. Gangways: Marina has been requested to fix “childwires” at the landings on the gangways.

7. Crane: Crane delivery is being postponed, more news later.

8. Dredging: Dredging will take place now that Thumper is fully serviceable (contaminated engine oil has caused a delay). Around D and between A and B are first on the list.

9. Notice Board: Marina has promised assistance with providing a new notice board.

10. Stud bolts: No progress and awaits manpower.

11. AGM: Marina management have been invited to give a briefing at the AGM.

12. Port Edgar initiative: There has not yet been any change since last September. However a meeting is to be arranged where all interested parties will be invited to outline their plans to enable a development plan to be drawn up.

13. BHA Jumble Sale: 27 Feb is the date and the sailing school shed has been booked. Marina will provide tables, chairs and large signs for the sale and the Bar!

14. Next Committee Meeting: Lecture room has been booked for 7 Feb meeting.

15. Bridge contracts/negotiations: The successful contractor is expected to be announced in April. More news later.

16. Shed Door sizes: Enlarging shed doors to accommodate larger boats will form part of any development plan. More news later.

17. Applications for berths have been sent out. Berthing fees have been increased 3%. Cranage fees have altered too. Fees will change on 1 Apr so early launches will attract current fees.

18. Shore Road approaching Port Edgar is passable with care. Vehicle access around the central area of the site is suitable for 4-wheel drive vehicles only at present and there is virtually no parking available on site. The pontoons are about a foot deep in snow and great care needs to be taken.

We are working to improve the situation but it is going to take some time as even the road grit is frozen solid this morning.

Many Thanks

Regards

Kenny George
Duty Manager
Port Edgar Marina & Sailing School

Chairman's Blog – 8 Nov 2010

At this morning's meeting with Kenny George (Adam is off sick) we discussed the following:-

The work team at the Marina is short of manpower as two are off sick and seasonal staff are supporting the work in the meantime.

Drying out berth – No progress but it is on the task list.

New Trolleys – On site and in use.

Pontoon Maintenance – Some of the boards I highlighted earlier in the season have been replaced but shortage of staff and busy workload means they have not all been replaced. Broken boards are replaced immediately. All pontoons are being pressure washed to remove slippery green growth. The hardware for pile guide and float repairs have been procured and will be insttalled.

New Pontoons - The work on the new pontoons will restart this month.

New Crane – On schedule for completion for the start of the 2011 season. There is no transport trolleys available to meet the max load of the crane so loads are limited to 12 tons of boat, sleepers and cradle. I have asked to have that problem considered and suitable provision be procured.

Dredging – Thumper's engines are back in the vessel however there are some problems with one engines alignment that should be completed this week. Dredging will recommence as soon as the vessel is ready. The aim is to dredge D pontoon corner, where the channel is narrow, South side of D and the new crane berth. Given time more will be done. Owners have been asked to move boats where needed.

Working under suspended Loads - Complete.

Stud bolts - Not yet done.

Notice Board – Help requested to provide one that doesn't leak.

Road surface - Potholes repaired.

Police - The new Inspector for this patch has visited. It was made obvious that the site has potential and that investment in the site is long overdue and would be most welcome. There are also complications with SSSIs and with buildings being listed that together cloud the issue.

There is genuine enthusiasm for the site and to make changes that will benefit all users. We emphasised that there is the marina, PEYC, Scouts, RNSA, Sea Cadets, Bosun's Locker chandlery, Sail Loft, Ferry Marine, ADG as well as the very busy sailing school. Development must include them all.

The outcome seems to be that the Council will improve communication with the stakeholders in the site and will send news of decisions and changes as and when they occur, probably through Edinburgh Leisure.

Frank Pullen
Bosun

Chairman's Blog – 09 September 2010

Today I had a “catch up” meeting with Adam and Kenny. These are the updates I received:

1. The procedure for painting pad marks on hulls is posted separately to the website.

2. Craning charges will be applied as advertised in the “Marina Information and Charges” booklet available from the office. It is anticipated that the new crane may mean some reduced charges as manpower needs will be less.

3. The ballot for shed places has NOT yet been completed. Still time to apply......!!

4. Pontoon/piling solution has been found (rock drilling) and will proceed in the near future.

5. The new crane purchase and installation appears to be on track.

6. The bolt stubs on the slip will be ground off when manpower is available.

7. I have reminded the marina team that the boxes to join BHA is to be on the next set of application forms for both berth and dinghy licences.

Frank Pullen
BHA Chairman

Chairman's Note – 29 Jul 2010

Before the meeting 29 Jul to discuss the Environment Action Plan the following points were made:

1. Pad marks will have to be painted out either before craning by using temporary legs and pads supplied by the marina (free), or afterwards on the drying out berth.

2. Security - CCTV will be installed in three places – trailer park, laundry looking along the main road and lastly at the western car park.

3. Recycling -Although the normal waste bins will remain at the loopshed the other recycling bins have been moved to opposite the Sail Loft shed. The area will be fenced off and signed.

4. Dredging - Thumper's engines have been removed and are now being overhauled. Resumption of dredging is still planned for end Sep.

5. New Bridge – A meeting will be held on 17 Aug and a member of our committee is invited.

Frank Pullen
Bosun

REPORT ON MEETING WITH MARINA MANAGEMENT – 23 July 10

Dredging: There has been minimal dredging as the team are preparing Thumper for her engine overhaul. That should be complete by end September after which dredging will resume.

Piles: The new piles for the new pontoon installation have hit a snag and the contractor is seeking a solution before recommencing. All the hardware has been procured for the task and awaits the contractors' solutions.

Crane: The design for the pad for the new crane is being completed and it is expected that installation will take place in February 2011.

Trolleys: The new trolleys have been delivered

Drying Out Berth: The task has slipped through lack of staff and time. The rest will follow as assets become available (manpower).

Hoses: There are now 2 hoses per pontoon leg for us to use.

The Enviromental Action Plan: This is the subject of a meeting this week and will be completed before the end of the season.

Working under suspended loads: It is intended to have a Working Group to work out the best way for all concerned and appropriate charging regime. Watch this space for a call for volunteers.

ESSENTIAL SAFETY: When the marina is busy it is sometimes difficult to park on the roadways, however, there is always plenty of room in the carpark. I had a meeting with Adam Cruttenden today and here are brief notes of that discussion:-

Newsletter: The Marina Newsletter is due soon and will be sent to all berth holders and recently departed berth holders (2 years)

Hoses: I proposed 2 hoses per leg. Price to buy one is £18 not the £8 previously advertised.

Open Day: Although the day was a success and four yachts and a motorboat gave short trips, more boats would have been very helpful. Thank you letters will be sent to the owners.

Crane: Following the recent drilling, a structural engineer report will be delivered 7 June and it is expected that by 18 June costs will be finalised and installation started.

Trolleys: Delivery expected next week.

Pontoon Lights: Maintenance have been funded to rewire Pontoons A and B and to examine requirements on C and D.

Planks: Adam and I will inspect all boards and mark those for changing on 1 Jun.

New Pontoons: Piling is due to start this Thursday and installation of pontoons probably by 11 June but may be slipped by contractor.

Etiquette: Some damage has been caused to moored boats without the courtesy of anyone admitting to be the cause. A notice will be placed on the notice board inviting information and witness details to be handled, in absolute confidence, with Marina Management.

Transeurope Marina Card: To obtain the card that provides 5 days free mooring at participating marinas, ask at office.

Drying Berth: Not yet done but it is planned to be done .

Speeding in the Marina: Article is to appear in next newsletter.

Dredging: Thumper is being taken out of service 1 June and may be returned 1 July. All boaters are advised to keep 15m clear of the wave barrier, even after dredging.

Boat Jumble: The Sailing School shed is booked for Sunday 27 Feb 2011 for a boat jumble.

Antifouling: Hard hats are to be worn when antifouling patches and the time taken is to be kept short, max 5 mins, so roller application is the most suitable.

Paint Can Bin: A cabinet will be installed to accept empty paint cans for correct disposal. Location to follow.

Duty Manager: A second duty manager has been recruited to improve management at the marina including environmental action and H&S. He starts 5 Jul.

I have had a discussion with Marina management this morning, 16 April, and have the following to report:

1. Crane: Drilling for the pile requirements will start in April and report will be available in June. The supports and crane are now planned for end of year completion.

2. Pontoons: New pontoons are to be delivered soon, some will be a little later as they need to be customised. Piles will be modified 3 May after which they are likely to be installed. They will have glass fibre decks (like the ramp)

3. Thumper: Dredging will continue for a short while after when she will be withdrawn from service to have her engines overhauled.

4. The Open Day – 8 May – 10.00 till 16.00 - will be an activity filled day and so far 7 yacht owners have volunteered to give visitors an experience of sailing. Well done. Should any more wish to take part either with their boat or in some other supportive way please contact Adam.

5. New boat shifting trolleys are planned for purchase along with a new power washer and grating for the sailing school ramp.

6. Scottish Water will be working on the outfall west of the Western breakwater for about 6 weeks. This will be completed early June, it is expected. The legacy will be a new hardstanding at the inshore end of the breakwater.

7. Edinburgh Leisure is aware of the initiative taken by Terry Kirchin (PEYC) for progress to be made for marina development and of BHA’s support too.

Lastly, some damage was done to a boat where the boarding ladder was swiped. At present no-one has left a note or notified the office that they had done the deed. It is only courteous to do so. You wouldn’t like it to happen to you. Do own up should you be a culprit in future. It makes life much easier when you do.

Frank Pullen,
Bosun

Following your input after reading the Marina Spring Newsletter, Doug and I met Adam and Kenny today.

1. Antifouling.

Following representation from the BHA regarding the practicality and timing on the proposed new antifouling rules, the Marina agreed to defer implementation until it had consulted more widely with Berth Holders. BHA agrees that a safe and practical means of enabling hulls to be fully antifouled before launch is required but that Health and Safety of owners and marina staff is paramount.

Until a new regime is agreed, owners must await clearance from Marina staff to approach the hull whilst being hoisted. Be warned, if we do not cooperate fully with the craning team we can expect more radical means and probably less practical.

2. Hoses.

Following the freeze and a bitter winter the hoses have stagnant water in them and some have even spent time in the sea... very unhealthy. They have all been removed to save any infections. 5 x new hoses are available on the pontoons for our use. We may move them so that we can make them reach our tanks/topsides. We can buy a suitable hose from the marina in 15 m lengths with the correct adaptor for £8 if we wish to avoid the nuisance of moving the marina's hose.

Don't forget the AGM on Monday 28 March at 1930 in PEYC

Frank Pullen
Bosun

I have met with the marina management today and Adam has agreed to give us an update on the marina at the AGM on 22 March. Crane project is still proceeding although civil engineering costs are still to be sorted.
c. New pontoons are being bought to increase the number of berths.
d. New pontoons will be bought to replace the old ones over the next 4 or 5 years.
e. Here are the topics and the sort of responses we received:

Tyre Barrier:

18 modules of tyres (135 make up the whole barrier) have so far been constructed by marina staff of the 40 needed for the centre section. It is expected to install the centre section at the beginning of September. A steel hawser has been run through the remainder of the barrier to prevent any further deterioration. The contract has been let for the remainder to be serviced.

Why has it taken so long to get something done? The contractors have not been able to start before now and there was also a contributing delay whilst negotiations on price and the amount of work to be done were tackled.

NB. Members are reminded that if their boats sustain damage due to the swell and attributable to the lack of the tyre barrier, they should report it to the Marina office and put in a claim for repair or replacement of damaged parts.

Pontoons:

Dredging for the new pontoons, to be installed near the new gangway, is due to start this week, probably. All the boats that need to be moved have been and the water under “Thumper” will be deep enough (4 metres). When that element of the dredging has been completed the new fingers will be installed.

Dredging:

Winter dredging will be undertaken and the current plan is to do around pontoons C and D as well as the main channels.
Further major work on the marina is dependent upon the funding available. That is a function of the revenue that can be generated, for instance by implementing more berths. The main factor against borrowing to fund major schemes may be attributable to security of tenure, after all it is hard to imagine that anyone would invest if there is not a reasonable payback period with some time to reap a return.

Crane:

The installation of a crane to the south-west of the loop shed, is still progressing and funding has been made available. A comprehensive structural survey is to be undertaken, probably this month, and after that the likely manufacturer of a suitable crane will be visited to ensure that what is available is thoroughly suitable and the contract will be let. Completion is expected to take just six months. It may require a new stance to be constructed to the West of the loop shed but that is still to be confirmed.

Planned Price Increases :

We made it clear that after the large increase of the last year coupled with the observed deterioration of the marina in that period, that berth holders would find it difficult to accept an increase greater than that of the rate of inflation. That point of view was accepted and would be forwarded to the Board but it is to be understood that the decision will be made by the Board of Edinburgh Leisure. Furthermore, as all berths are full it cannot be said that protests at prices has resulted in people withdrawing from the marina. Boats are still awaiting allocation of berths in the marina.

Other Discussions :

Adam advised us what work has been carried out recently. Considerable work has been done to the pontoon electrics with the installation of new cables. Maintenance of the pontoons has continued with many boards being replaced, the pontoon tethers to piles have been repaired. It is planned to recondition Thumper’s engines in the near future and funding has been set aside for that work. The changing rooms and toilets have been improved and a disabled facility installed. These may not be used by a great number of berth holders but it is a valuable contribution to facilities here, especially for visitors.

Funding from EL has been constrained this year to that essential for H&S and little else. This Service Implementation Plan will continue until further funds are made available.

The Marina Team is aiming to apply for Golden Anchor awards in the hope that improvements and the award will signal to the Board and the Council that this is a valuable facility for the city and may encourage improved funding.
Adam had contacted Forth Ports Authority to request a speed restriction on the river, whilst the tyre barrier is in its present state. This has been followed up by their notifying Grangemouth harbour management of the requirement. On a number of occasions Adam and Kenny have contacted FPA to complain of speeding ships, and requesting an investigation.

Adam has offered a free dinghy park to PEYC for junior dinghy sailors and has requested what management will be put in place for its management. This is a positive response to our input on the expensive dinghy parking here. A response is awaited. Adam will chase up.

Murray and I asked what PEMBHA can do to help convince the Board of Edinburgh Leisure and the Council that this valuable resource should receive investment to ensure a high quality marina for the Capital. There are two members of the EL Board who have boats in the marina. Furthermore it is believed that one Councillor has a boat here. We asked whether it would be productive to encourage more members to become involved and to be more sympathetic to the needs of the marina and to make further funding available or to change the basis on which EL has to work. How that is to be accomplished is still to be determined although informal discussion, to ascertain critical mass of opinion or other involvement, will continue.

There is no doubt that PEMBHA is being listened to. However, the greater the number of berth holders joining the Association will add further weight to what is said and agreed. Please encourage others around you to join. After all, £3 is not too much to ask.

Lastly, there is a questionnaire available in PEYC and the marina office about marina facilities to be forwarded to the Tourism Resources Company. Any help/suggestions that we can offer there may be valuable so please do your best to get a copy and respond.

Frank Pullen - Bosun

I have caught up with Kenny and have asked him about the most obvious topics and below are his responses:

1. Tyre Barrier.

PEMBHA have had loads of emails and discussions on the topic and we are getting increasingly frustrated at the delay to get something done. Kenny has told me of the programme for the tyre barrier repair. Having purchased all the chains, shackles, monel seizing wire etc the staff at the marina will now construct the tyre modules for the centre of the barrier. They will be installed by a diver. That is why most craning has been cancelled for next week.

But.... has the contract been let for the remaining work on the barrier? Not to Kenny’s knowledge. There have been two tenders submitted for the task but it is not clear whether the contract has been let. I also asked whether there was the funding for the task to which the response was that the funds will have to be found as it is essential work.

In addition, boats on “D” pontoon have been “thinned” to prevent more mast clashes in the resulting swell. However, not much can be done to prevent members from being tossed from their bunks when sleeping aboard.

2. Pontoons.

Where are the new pontoons that were to be fitted near the loop shed? The holes have been prepared in the current pontoon under the gangway and the finger pontoons are ready for fitting but, dredging needs to be done before fitting as the water there is too shallow without. So in three weeks the marina staff will be carrying out the dredging which is why there will be very little craning that week. The dredging is resource and depth of water limited, hence the delay.

3. Other Stuff.

Also I voiced the general impression that we are not getting value for money for our increased berthing fees. That was noted.

As some of the information is known only to Adam who is on holiday for another week, I have arranged that Murray and I will meet with him on 18th August. I shall report more after then.

Frank Pullen

The committee has started action following the discussion at the AGM and afterwards with members of the BHA. The topics include:

Electricity supply. There is still some concern over securing the meters, the supply and the need for a deposit. The managers of the marina have confirmed that the deposit is still required but recognised the need for security. The plugs on the metermaids will be sealed up with a heat shrink sleeve. This may deter pilfering but will also identify tampering.

Barrier maintenance. Calls for tenders to complete the barrier maintenance have been circulated to those who have shown interest in the task. The break up of the barrier makes this a serious and urgent cause for concern.

Berthing Fees. The charges for PE are considered high and a return to having six monthly payments for annual charges is requested. In addition, charges for dinghies are also to be reconsidered.

RYA. The BHA is to pay the subscription to RYA for affiliation.

Bank account. A bank account for BHA has been opened.

Website. TheBHA website is not only up and running, but we are adding to it to make it more interesting and useful to BHA members.

          Click on http://www.PortEdgarBHA.org.uk

In the absence of a major redevelopment it maybe opportune to advise the management what we, the users of the marina, consider to be important topics. The first thoughts include: Early pontoon maintenmance, Continued and improved dredging, Security of tenure for resident organisations to encourage and enable long term planning and investment, Contacting Chris Tonks to ascertain the finding of hydrographic surveys and any other reports to enable specialists amongst our members to assist with plans.

What we do require are your suggestions for a"Priority List". Please use the contact method on the site to let us know what you would like to see on such a list. We will add all suggestions and then prioritise them for management. Where we can we will also assist with expertise etc, from those amongst us who can best help.

More later

Frank Pullen

'BOSUN'
